In addition to serving customers and selling, he is in charge of production and menu development. He mainly uses ingredients such as superfoods and beet sugar, which are expected to be less taxing on the body and maintain health. He has also come up with sweets that do not use beet sugar or butter.

After becoming independent as a freelance pastry chef, she creates custom-made cakes tailored to each individual's needs, such as ingredients, size, and design, while also setting up stalls at events to sell healthy sweets.
